A total-body toning program that's exceptionally fast-paced and fast-changing. In just 37 minutes, you'll do 30 separate combos. It's a well-planned mix of isolated and multi-muscle exercises. While the moves are toning-focused, they often incorporate a cardio element (e.g. up-tempo burpees on the gliding discs). Cathe also makes careful use of the diverse equipment to increase results (e.g. sit-ups intensified with resistance tubing around your feet). It feels like a “group fitness” class — high-energy exercisers moving to current pop vocal music. And, like a good fitness class, the between-move and between-equipment transitions are flawless.
